id say outer cv we fit loads it wont be track rod ends you got to buy a new shaft as cv's arent availible | |

sounds exactly the same as what my megane had, and it was the wheel bearing. they aren't expensive, its just the labour. | |

fronts are a bit more difficult as you need to remove the suspension, track rod ends, lower ball joints, driveshaft and then take the hub down to a garage/ engineers to get the old bearings pressed out and new ones pressed in. | |
