my car passed the emissions with no cat on a C20XE, it will only fail the MOT if it fails the emissions test, not just because there's no cat (as people above have sad :thumbs: ) | |

get one made by an exhaust company for about 100 quid sports cats do nothin to performance | |

mine failed just because they could see the cat wasn't there, so they wouldn't even test it | |

yeh it'll fail on emmisions altho we had a gsi in at work on tb's and a decat and it passed the emmisions wit out the cat. | |

i read stories some people with management rig the engine with a custom 'MOT' map, so when its in for its MOT it runs the engine with just enough fuel to turn it over & do the test & also keep emissions down with no decat... | |
