Not Always Ed, Sometimes companies will only order a Timing Belt and not a Timing Belt KIT,

a goodyear timing belt kit will cost you no more than a £100 from a Motor factors, but as ED has Said the better quality SBD Rollers will cost around the same

Water pump is no more that £25 and the SBD rollers are about £100 iirc... Though they last longer than standard items so they don't need to be replaced ever year when you do a timing belt change.

yeh , the guy at my local paint shop has had them go twice , how much is a water pump and and how much are the sbd rollers?

You should replace the timing belt, rollers and water pump. The timing belt comes in a kit with rollers and the water pump is seperate. You can get uprated rollers from SBD but there is no reason to really unless the engine is tuned, though they are good for piece of mind becuase they are made of metal and the standard ones are normally made of plastic.
