A 12" sub would be fine.. even my 15" keeps up with dance music.. even up to Gabba (just about) | |

dont worry bout that, i had a 10" xplod sub and it struggled to make any bass let alone breaking the box up. | |

sealed is more punchier and catched bottom notes better.ported has longer flat notes.sealed is the better option | |

have whatever you want port tunes the sound seald make it more punchy wadding make the box seem bigger than it is as the air moves slower | |

ive been havin this heated discussion in dt for many weeks now while building my sub box unit install and he reckons i should have it ported as the pressure will be too much for the box but in haynes and on here i thin it jus shows a sealed box with wadding in. |
