I'm with Bank of Scotland Halifax going to see about changing banks very soon.
They didn't take the charge off :(

Got a £30 charge when money was put in by direct debit on that day but they say the money has to be in the bank the day before grrrrr. So I phone up and ask to speak to someone about getting it taken off cos I wasn't happy and shes hangs the phone up on me. So me being really pissed off takes it out on the next guy that answers the phone and he says can I ask you not to swear.. I feel much better now. :D
