Got a £30 charge when money was put in by direct debit on that day but they say the money has to be in the bank the day before grrrrr. So I phone up and ask to speak to someone about getting it taken off cos I wasn't happy and shes hangs the phone up on me. So me being really pissed off takes it out on the next guy that answers the phone and he says can I ask you not to swear.. I feel much better now.

Im with Lloyds and HSBC find both banks to be very good and internet banking with them both is easy

I'm with Bank of Scotland Halifax going to see about changing banks very soon.
They didn't take the charge off
