Just means there is a fault with the sensor or the wiring, the ecu remembers a fault no matter how long it was present for, best thing is to reset the ecu and see if its still there. The map sensor is a major sensor for these engines. If the sensor wasn't working then the engine would hardly run..... | |

do a search on checking ur own ECU with a paper clip, get the fault code, get it fixed or a new part, fit it or get it fitted, done | |
