ok, if you meen the airbox where the old filter was, then i binned it, as for the bit on top of the inlet manifold which is what i think u meen i havent done anything with it, at some point ill rmeove it and replace it with a sheet of aluminium so it looks better but you dont need to do anything,

I'm interresting of filter relocation but i don't now how to make...

In france there is more place on the right of the engine (no battery just fuse-box) but there is no place at right for I re-use my air intake of admission in the front bumper

its a fine adjustment, i now have my car running 1 bar and it doesnt smoke only at very high revs, lik 5k which i dont use anyway.

my bleed valve has a constant max boost, at 1 bar.

have you relocated your air filter yet? my cone now sits on the other side of the engine bay, 1 sec ill find a picture for you.

the injection pump has been modified

if I turn boost ti 1bar, I increase a little the fuelling but my car smoke and I'm repainting my white rear in black!

adjustable actuator is better than bleed valve ... The bleed valve don' t put a constant max boost (Opel source...)

look at this link, too get anymore boost above 0.7 bar you need to increase the fuelling aswell, this link shows you exactly what too do:

im just using a bleed valve, and have been running at 1 bar for 18 months and i have had no engine troubles atall.
i dont think the standard actuator is adjustable, just stick with your bleed valve :)

nothing wrong with that, u get oil coming in from the breather pipe, stops the turbo rusting.
you got any photos of your intercooler?
