If you appreciate that words can be misunderstood when typed, then you should make an effort to let your thoughts known.

PVD have had problems in the past and Pete and Vicki have made big efforts to get a sales team in place and to make sure calls are answered.

Yes your conversion kit took 6 weeks, but you insinuated that the courier was to blame. Prior delays with the MTECH kits have been explained already and kits are coming into the country a lot sooner now.

i wasnt wanting thru now. It was in the past. before i opened the shop. No need now. I was just putting my point across. No agro intended. thats the thing when ur on a comp, u canna see ppl facial expressions and tone.

I was just mearly saying i couldnt get thru and my conversion kit took 6 weeks. No word of a lie.

One point - as most Zender parts are plastic, they're not made to order but made in batches....

Craig,

Ring me.

01604 797960.

6 phone lines.

Nobody else is having problems!

Our engine kits are made to order in HOLLAND.

Then you're ringing the wrong company I'm afraid.

If the conversion kit is in stock then it'll take a day or so to get to you. If the conversion kit hasn't even left Holland then go figure.

no they never. I have tried shitloads of times.

Also that doesnt explain why a conversion kit takes 6 weeks to get to my house in scotland. U cannot blame the carrier for that. Ok, they may have been out of stock, but six weeks.

PVD always answer the phone unless all 6 lines are tied up.

We've switched to UPS now for deliveries - Parceline weren't the greatest.

never heard of the other two because im so far north.

PVD are shite on deliveries, they never answer the phone. Maybe they are really busy but they have to get summin sorted out cos they are gettin a bad name.
