no mate cos the same amount of fuel is injected into the cylinder so no more fuel is burnt

More fuel will be burnt, thats the idea. The ecu sees more air being drawn in so adds more fuel.

You'll use more fuel when you get one tho cos you'll be more accelerator happy

no mate cos the same amount of fuel is injected into the cylinder so no more fuel is burnt. just more air is taken in so the engine breathes more easily. i have abfo cone and fuel comsumption is exactly thesame. you may howeevr use more fuel as you are more tempted to put ur foot down all the time to here the roar. but for the same style of driving the fuel comsumption will not change

but do they make ur engine suck more juice?

it will be louder because it sucks in more air, also remember to add a cold air feed if it does not come with one, as they need cold air to run well, otherwise they wont add any performance and they will make the standard airbox seem like a turbo...lol

i've got a KnN 57i getting delivered 2moz, i was just wondering whether there'll be a big noticable difference in sound. i've just taking me filter out the casing n it is a bit louder but not much. Will a KnN be louder? oh n its only a 1.28v :D cheers
