will a sheet of aluminium be ok if just left untreated? maybe undersealed the udnerside and leave it at that?maybe some of that not slip chequer plating also? | |

Although if it's the same as Mikes, you need a fold on the rear of the sheet so it can be rivetted to the rear panel and not the remaining floor. | |
