the block you could supply i take it ,it would be a let not an xe, if you could find out on what parts your mate has got and a price that would be good, how much would you charge me for the crank sump ect , ive got a spare rocker cover from my xe so that wouldnt be need'd,

ive got a mate whos ment to have everything for an LET (besides a good turbo unit and the motor) for sale. so i could see what he'd be after for all the bits.

the only thing im worried about is that you have to drill a oil return feed in the block, over wise apart from that id be very teping to rebuild a xe to a let , new pistons, robs bearings, shells, ect ect. im in no rush to get one sorted so rebuilding the xe woudnt be a problem to me, if i was to buy a let with all componements id get for around £800- £1400, but then id wana change pistons, rods, gaskets ect, so then could end up spending over £2k

Id only use a c20xe if I was going all out as then you could ditch the internals and buy forged stuff.

f rom what ive noticed...looms are 100, ecu;s with a chipset are about 150 i think, afm must be 30+, good turbo unit 200+, complete inlet 60-100 maybe.

Need to drill holes in the block or head for oil feeds I think. Need different cams, although apparently an XE inlet(?) cam helps performance. And you need a manifold with a turbo attached obv :P
