Yep, i got mine off by putting it in 4th gear and foot on the brake | |

if you mean the lower crank pulley, then get some one to sit in the car, put it in 4/5th and hold there foot down on the brake pedal then you can undo it by hand, much safer and less chance of stripping the head off the bolt. | |

Thanks guys. Will attack it tomorrow. Know some cars have the threads going the other way to make me look stupid, im sure thats why they do it anyway. Ha | |

Bet im not the 1st or the last to ask this. Lower pulley. Normal thread as in lefty loosey or to get it off am i going to have to turn it righty loosey lol. Cheers john |
