mine failed once as i changed the little white clips behind the light, and when i put it back in, it trapped some of the wiring loom behind the light, preventing it from sitting properly, the bottom was sticking out, it was proper hard to find out why really, and no matter how much they adjusted it, it wasnt enough.

but that all depends on if you have had them out since the last mot or anything lol.

yeah the beam would only be messed up if it was higher/lower at one end

That sounds like a load of bollocks mate. Their alignment tool is supposed to be able to adjust in height. What do they do when they get something like a Range Rover in? Fail it because it's too high?

There is a bit of adjustment by loosening off the 2 bolts which hold the headlight in. Not much.

Make sure your headlight adjuster from inside the car is at 0 when you do it. If not, always drive with it at 1 or something :)

maybe the adjusteres are broken????? try changing them with a mate with a corsa if you have one just for mot or go down the scrappys and get some.

Adjust them with the controls on the lights.
