It also might be worth replacing the cam oil seals. | |

ah ok thanks, well im armed with a haynes manual and other intructions for the dbilas, hopefully il get through it alrite. if not im pretty sure il be adding to the posts in the help section. | |

what like vauxhalls own brand sealent or something. well im mechanically minded but with no experience and i think im biting off more than i can chew sorta thing. not looking forward to tackling all the hoses or the cam timing. im garenteed to get stuck at some point im sure. | |

changing the cylinder head, exhaust manifold and ive got dbilas tb's like you have to go on aswell. i was planning on trying to start fitting them tomorrow but all the work just boggles me. | |

i use the black sealant, but you are suppost to use the green one | |

another quicky, what sealent is needed to go in the timing belt end bearing caps when the camshafts are replaced? is it just normal gasket sealent stuff? |
