dont quite understand that dave. Theres 2 relays on the passanger side. One is fuel pump and one is the injector relay. The fuel pump relay is behind the injector relay. Using a sealey power probe tool i have managed to find which terminal on the relay holder goes to the fuel pump. I have removed the relay and have wired the red/blue wire from the XE single black plug to this terminal. According to the haynes manual this wire is already fused with 20A. Is this correct?

on the 1.0 12v theres a second fuel pump relay behind the dash in the passenger side, just find the red/blue in the passenger footwell on the big multiplugs (left one) and cut it. get 2m of suitable cable join the red/blue from the ecu to the wire you have cut at the multiplug end with an inline fuse.

did one yesterday;)

Yes mate.
The red/blue from the xe ecu plugs is the 12v feed to the pump.

Hi all, finally got round to doing the conversion. just a quick question. Is this the right way to wire up the fuel pump? :

the engine is going in a 1ltr 12v corsa btw. All other witing was easier than i thought it would be.
