Sorted now.

After speaking to Monster last night, we thought the timing belt could have slipped when the pulley botl was loose lastnight. Spoke to Beardy, he said unlikely. I checked the vacum pipes which were OK. Then then took off the HT leads. The plugs were swimming in oil. I mean swimming, they were totally covered. The cam cover seals have been weeping recently, but now they've given up.

Lastnight while doing my bottom pulley I filled the oil up. The oil drained into the plugs aswell as the sump. Oil + HT leads = Plugs no sparky.

What a TWAT

could be 1 of 1000 things, do the basics first, new plugs, clean the lambda, compression check.

Maybe a point. I have been rooting round that area today.

Mine did this when the injector rail wiring bit had come loose...

Very low idle - 500RPM, Slow to pick up from idle, loss of power, spluttering and farting, VERY loud exhaust note.

X16XE by the way. Any sensors that could cause this?
