deadlocks prevent the door from being opened. when the window is smashed and they pull the door lock/unlock catch it won't actually pull up still leaving all the door locked | |

What the hell do the deadlocks do? I can dead lock mine, then un-lock the passenger side door and the whole car opens up even with the deadlock still engaged. | |

If you buy one of those remote central locking kits to upgrade your key central locking...... are you still able use the deadlocks?? as in leave the lock in the deadlock and alarm position and still be able to unlock, and then deadlock n' alarm the car again through the remote fob?? The deadlocks make it so the car cant be opened from inside n that, so do the kits get over this, or is it generally a lock n unlock type thing, not able to be deadlocked through it?? |
