there will be a bit of wire you can see, cleaning it is not possible really, using carb cleaner can cause it to burn out | |

so even when the induction cone off and looking into the MAF its sealed? thought there would be a thin piece of wire sitting in the tube :lol: | |

Seth, its can't be done. Countless times on Scoobynet people have said to do this. It was suggested to me when I had my misfire. The MAF is a sealed unit, I tried running compressed air through it but couldn't. | |

been told to use carb cleaner? guessing you just spray it onto the MAF sensor and leave to dry? Its so think worried any kind of cloth will kill/snap it. |
