it will bring the engine light on, probably might not start if you disconnect it. the easiest way is to remove the coolant bottle and struggle it out that way, ITS AN ABSOLUTE BASTARD TO GET OUT!! or you could take the inlet manifold off, that might even be easier!!

hey guys can you tell me the easiest way to remove the egr valve on my 1.4 16v cheers guys also what happens if i disconnect the egr valve do u reckon this will cure my car cutting out?
