Bit seemed alot better when i had the pipe blocked

yes it is jerky when im driving

Take the ICV out clean it and make sure its dry before you put it back in, also clean the connectors on the loom side and ICV side, also when you drive it does it feel jerky aswell ?

One other think it could be is an air leak mate.

Thats what i was thinking do you just squirt the carb cleaner inside ? or do anything else ? :o

Never cleaned one before

sounds like the icv is jammed open. take it of and clean it with carb cleaner.

My C20XE is idleing really fast! It only seems to run normal when i nip closed the rubber pipe that goes to the little motor under the inlet manifold (idle control valve?) Although i have disconected the power to this it was still idleing fast untill i nipped the pipe closed?

Any ideas of what it could be ?

Im sorry if my discription of the problem seems poor
