nah i havent fitted the engine yet, came in two parts, but the clutch wasnt fitted. have sorted the clutch now, just need a new release bearing, anyone got one? | |

btw if the only reason youve had the box off is to do the clutch you didnt need to :lol: | |

you have to align the clutch with the pressure plate so its dead in the middle its bascially so the box goes on right. there will be no marks on it probably only one saying 'flywheel side' on it | |

i got hold of one of the alighment tools, aint got a problem fitting the clutch, but i cant see any alignment marks, does this matter? | |

aaah i see, will go take a look later, need to tighten the sump nut as my mum is complaining about the oil. how much does a clutch alighment thing cost? | |

you aline the pressure plate with the flywheel, there should be a mark on both i belive | |

Take box off, undo clutch bolts... job done, just bolt new clutch on and re attach the box :thumbs: | |
