yes it does have a dizzy...

any chance of some more detailed instructions doing it this way? as i have never changed a clutch before.

has it got a dizzy?
if so u can remove 5th gear casing remove shaft and use the compresion clips on the clutch

the engine is from a 1991 calibra...

takes around 40 mins can do it through the inspection cover unless its a pre 92 valver with pot type flywheel then i can remove box and re-fit in around 2hours

you'll probably have to take the gearbox off the engine.
Think it would be easier to undo the pressure plate with the gearbox still attached. Then unbolts and slide to one side, to remove the pressure plate and clutch then slide the new ones on and put the gearbox back together so it located the clutch, then bolt the pressure plate back on.

Hi,

Has anyone undertaken this procedure before? Im just wondering whether to do it myself or take it to a garage... and how much does a clutch from vaux cost actually?

Any tips / pointers?
