Other soloution would be rebore master cylinder to a bigger bore cylinder and use bigger seals ! | |

ive got 288mm fronts and cavalier v6 rears and for some reason its been etter since i adjusted the rear proportion valve | |

dot 5.1 will not make pedal harder or soft is just have raise boiling point ! the master cylinder is small even for the standard brakes maybe you can try a cavalier 2.0 master cylinder if you lucky to find one as was told it will fit or a mondeo one with remote reservoir bottle | |

even after bleeding with dot 5.1 its still soft | |

yeah it stops ok just the pedal is very soft and if pushed hard it will go to the floor | |

there is no easy fix mondeo one has to be modded iirc ,bleed well and fit st/ steel brake lines, have a v6 set up works ok but the master does let the whole package down a bit still stops ok. | |

What do you mean not up to the job? Everyone else runs a standard master with-out problems. | |

There are only 2 different Corsa masters IIRC, one with 2 unions the other with 4? (It's casting my mind back about 5 years!?!) so upgrade within the range isn't possible. | |

Hello i have a let in my corsa so i upgraded the brakes to 4 pot wilwoods. The trouble is the master cylinder (still running 1.4 brake cylinder) isnt up to the job |
