Do you know what shafts you are running?

Some of the big block conversion shafts came with a circa 3mm washer which goes over the outboard CV splines before it is pushed through the hub.

Other than that, does the circlip look damaged at all and why did you change the inner CV in the first place? I presume it wasn't due to it popping out?

just fitted new o/s inner cv joint and it keeps popping out of the gearbox everytime you turn the car as though there is a spacer missing from the hub and the shaft is to short. i have also heard you can remove the gearbox spacers how would that work
