its just the car industry still using metric measurements for everything. Give me a figure in Nm and i have to convert that to lb/ft before it means anything to me. | |

Why is torque qoute in lb/ft? as an engineer i always qoute it as Nm (newton meters) I't like saying i wanna buy sumthing with shillings and pence | |

Standard, they either develop 106 or 109 BHP, depending on the engine, which is why i would like to know the year of the car. | |

Yes that is probably the figure at the flywheel, so its running a bit low, or the RR is not accurate. If you just bought it, give it an oil and filter change. Also check the plugs and leads. What year is the car? | |

i have a gsi its curently running at 102 bhp at the wheels just been on the role and road how can i get it up to 130 bhp at the the wheels or even more power that 102 with out spending a mint on it i was thinking of a chip |
