Oh, and the cam seals are the orange things which sit at the end of the cams and stop the oil getting out. Again, included in a non GM top end gasket set, not sure about genuine though.

AK's prem membership has expired, so can't find the pics :(

The valve stem seals, er, seal the valve stems :lol:

Basically, it's a little rubber seal which sits over the top (stem) of the valve, near the cam, and stops the oil seeping through :)

They should be included with a top end gasket kit if it's not GM, but you'll probably need to buy them on their own (well, as a pack of 16) from Vauxhall.

AK has some pics of them in his garage.

Piston rings, valve stem seals and cam seals might be a good idea, considering you're doing EVERYTHING else :lol:
