Okay, now that I've had someone else with me I have found out that it's the back left wheel not rotating.

I've been pretty aggressive. The funny thing is I might run out of petrol soon!!

Just be a bit more aggressive, failing that give the drums a bit of a whack with a hammer or something.

quote: Well it's acting as if the handbrake is on, or similarly. I find the bite and where is would normally move forward it won't. I should mention I'm on a slight hill and with the handbrake 'off' it just sits there.

Just went and re-tried that, but it still won't budge.

Probably just the handbrake stuck on a bit, put it in gear and just rock it forward on the clutch a bit and it will release. Then just go down the road and use the brakes a bit to clean them up.

I've come back from a week away to find my car won't budge. When I remove the handbrake (and the handbrake light goes off too) the car acts as if it was still on. |
