uh? The inlet manifold is quite restrictive part, its the 4 bits that lead into engine (look on brosters garage... think he has a lexmaul)... other than that a 4-1 manifold and decat are going to be the only gains you'll get on the exhaust and they won't be massive unless air can get into engine quick in the first place | |

and as its ecotec.... you're best bet is to spend the money you'd spend on an exhaust on an inlet manifold (lexmaul/mantzel) it'll give you better gains than most exhaust bits | |

it'll be a double over head cam if its 16v.... as far as i'm aware only honda make SOHC 16v engines. | |
