Yes Mark it seems so its been explained to me in a bit more detail but basically you have to use all three in the way Broster has explained so the valve can still move slightly. | |

plate with two holes net to the valve then the plate with one hole then the plate with no hole up on the inlet. | |

Thats the plates I made up they all need to be used so that the valve can still function normally. | |

right WTF :lol: What do you mean 2 wires you mean from the 4/5 pin plug linked them to what ? In the 20 + posts i have just read i havent read that :( | |

Im going to take mine off and give it a good clean and fit a blanking plate in the process ive read every post when i did a search for it and im a bit confused... some say you just screw in a piece of metal over where the egr valve went and leave the egr valve loose, others say you just take it out and clean it, others say you cut something out a coke can sandwhich it between the inlet and the EGR valve,... which is correct ? |
