Personal abuse is not tolerated on this site and people doing it will be dealt with. However, before you take offence, consider the following.

Much of what looks like abuse may be bad humour. Don't fly off the handle too quickly. A u2u will usually solve a lot. Thats the only technology that I'll be employing to start with. Abuse can only be dealt with if you don't get involved. Personality clashes with history are the most difficult to deal with and if you have contributed to situation then your complaint may not be upheld.

We can only act on what we know about. Report problems as soon as possible - BEFORE you think about posting an inflamatory reply. Complaints can be u2u'd or emailed to me personally. I do look in to every complaint recieved but do be aware of the items noted in this post.
