Can't see it making too much really? depends how heavy spare wheel is obviously, could make a slight difference why not try it

yes it will. spare wheels weight a few kg's. evey bit helps if thats what you want to do. however I don;t because I drive around with a spare wheel and jack

wont make a huge difference no.

but along with rear bench, rear shelf, boot sound deadening, all the crap your car accumulates, etc...

it all adds up.
