hangover is a result of dehydration, since alcoholic drinks and coffee/tea are dyarhettics, which remove water from your body. Drinking plenty of water replenishes it, and you will have only a slight hangover

fuk jus back from the local club (kellys as im sure kerzo shud know) never drank a thing and iv got a frikin hangover!!
