at the moment though it int a proper contract ,he could say i didnt meet the reserve i dnt have to pay .get him to 300 and he cant drop out

yeh but you will still be in the same situation ,yu can contact him and say that chaz droped out and wouldnt pay .i would go for it once he sees the resrve is 300 he wont wont to miss out on it
