Well, it looks like i've got a buyer for my audio equipment. Its a shame, but its time to move away from the big boom box and go for something a lot smaller and lighter

But still, give me much needed moola

No, this is a good move. Will you be re-doing your bodywork?

Not had them in the car since the engine conversion was done nope. It was sooo loud.

Think im kinda growing out of the noise now. Just gonna look at getting a single 12" sub and decent amp and having a half decent system (2 sets of comps and sub).

Less noise, less weight, more speed

Its nice havin a decent system, but at the end of the day they weigh a tonne and attract unwanted attention.
JL sub etc is a good idea, wont loose any performance then due too 2 tonnes of MDF

Running Kenwood Dual Mags up front, and Kickers in the back (both 6.5"). Sound pretty good, although my 8400 Pioneer head units fecked at the mo.

But i've jsut got a new job, so i'll be spending on the car again soon

Marc, i am, hence just the single 12" (hopefully)

False floor comes out pretty easy, and only the amp is mounted on that with a few screws.

Always the way

I started off with two 6x9's and a 12" sub (With bass coil, oooooooo ) on a parcel shelf. I sold that to Matt C, then i got the 15"s and 1 set of comps, blew them, took em back, put the new ones in along with some 6x9's mounted between the gap in the front seats, then i took it all out and had standard front speakers now comps, and hopefully the 12"

Thats just in the corsa

Its good though, i knew absolutly feck all about ICE and stereos, and now i can install my whole own system and make it
