well reason for this is I was just talking to my dad about getting another Corsa & fitting a 2ltr to it, and he went off on one saying that the Corsa is too small a car, and then suggested me getting a Sierra Saphire RS Cossie. We continued to have a constructive argument, and he then said he would pay for half the car (Sierra) if I dont get another corsa...

But I want a 2ltr Corsa...

Prefered the standard Seirra Cosworth.

I used to know a lad who at 25 had a mint moonstone blue with an RS500 engine in it - must be worth an absolute fortune now.

I know, I'm going to take a friend along with me, he runs his own garage & does lots of work on cars, so he will have a good idea what to look for!

But I cant do this until i've got rid of my old corsa which wont be until January, but if he is serious about this, TBH, I still aint sure if I'd rather have a cossie or a 2ltr corsa!

my dad used to have a cossie just like this one, was a 4wd rs sapphire cossie, was running about 320-330 bhp.

the 4wd ones understeer quite a bit.

i think there a bit dated now
