Well its still A LOT better than what i can do.

I wouldn't be able to cut the wood, let alone "build" something with it

It wont be sealed once ive made holes for the screws to hold the base to the door

Updated pics, sorta finished temp. builds. Basically used this as an experiment to work out how i was gonna do the whole car!

standard sport interior . And the only bits with that on soon will be the front seats, which will eventually be replaced by some Sparco Milano's.

so you used the Tshirt to get the shape,

then your going to lay on fibre glass over it?

then use some filler to smooth it?

is that right?

That would be right, if i was gonna finish these off, but i'm gonna chuck these once the proper ones are finished.

If you tell m how far you want me to go with these, i can finish them up for you and you can have them for a small price(£20 or so).

yup, resin and hardener mixed together goes hard(reacts with each other). So while its liquid, slap it all over the material and let it harden.

well, depends on what you're doing, If its not very much, halfords is your best bet, otherwise the place i went was:

Very good service, phoned me next day after i e-mailed my quote form and checked over everything i needed, and sold me some different, more appropriate resin (re-blend resin).
