nah they dont make noise if set up properly. they make farting sound if not!

I have drove a 2.2VTi Honda prelude with one on and when you back off the throttle to change gear or if you have just booted it,i could hear a slight whistle and hissing noise from the ecotec valve. It goes on the vacuum pipe from the rocker cover to the brake servo.
