if its a speed camera conviction, just send the form back unsigned, as they can't make u sign. otherwise, u cant get away with it

no because they will just do you for non signing it. the house of lords overturned the law on confessions with regard to speeding fines

There is no longer a loophole to exploit. You will not get off. If you refuse to sign that in itself constitutes an offence, witholding evidence or something and hence you get done for that.

no, its just the stupit ones that get caught

yes indeed i do speed on certain stretches of roads.......
but i'm always on the look out for
the scum,
cars marked or not,
vans with cameras sticking out of em,
little tripods sitting at the edge of the road,
spots which are notorious for police cameras,
and spots which are likely to be used to hide cameras.

Speeding is points and a fine.

Withholding information carries a maximum sentence of 5 years.

Perverting, and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice both carry maximum terms of life imprisonment.

Without massive knowledge of motoring loopholes (ie. not Human Rights stuff), I'd pay it.
