Id say 6bhp of that had come from de-cat, 5bhp from the BFO and 1bhp from the exhaust (from rolling road figures i got after changing bits on mine).
Are you gonna replace the inlet manifold cos ul get at least another 15bhp! If not 20-25bhp!
Wont give much more torque but it will pull better at the top end, mine is still pulling at 7500rpm!
Looks well mint taking the needle off the clock!

Almost exactly the same as the other 1.6 sport I've seen on Stars rollers. It had an induction kit and decat too. 118bhp - 110lb/ft.

Still not as good as my C16XE's 122lb/ft on those rollers

It was Ayrshire and Renfrewshire I worked in. The last we spoke I was in Irvine I think. All my work experience is in electronics and PC manufacturing. Our facility closed in January. All the other companies that do similar stuff are all closed or closing, IBM, Compaq, Motorola..etc.

Corsa's running fine but I currently don't need it. Thinking of selling it.

I thought you would of had a Volvo by now or at least something with 4 doors for your growing family

You get 5bhp from replacing/de-restricting the air box on most vauxhaul's!
Velos said they've seen 4bhp for just taking the pipe out of the top of the air box.
I had a magnex back box fitted to mine and gave no extra power on the rollers was a warmer day but would of expected to of still seen a small rise!
Especially when the month before i had an exta 5bhp @ the wheels after fitting a janspeed de-cat pipe

Might of just been that my backbox was that worn that it didn't restrict any more?

bfo will not add 5bhp mate, this is an age old argument. Cone filters dont really give any power gains. the exhaust system will give a few bhp.. and the decat about 4-5 perhaps.

Its the BFO cone, I'm telling you its magic.
When it was on my old Corsa, I got 105.5bhp out of a 1.4 16v Sport.
