abs enables u to steer while braking, tc prevents ur wheels from spinning.

@ marc very descriptive there !!!

when abs kicks in it applys and releases the brakes quickly to prevent the wheels from locking although is very dangerous in snow as ive learnt myself. its dead funny when u feel it through the pedal

traction control detects wheel spin and either applys brakes to that wheel or cuts fuel depending on type of application

either that or im talkin bollox

although effective when it kicks in it starves ure engine of fuel hence u lose power. best way is if u get a button to turn it off it has its uses in the wet though but to be honest i think is only really effective on big power motors

cause its shite - i just said

u put ya foot down - get a very very slight amount of wheel spin, and it cuts power - its like hitting a wall untill the wheels get to the same speed - then ya can dgo again - i always had mine switched off

i use the gears to slow down n-e way thats how i was taught

coz i used to have a fait panda! that was a joke!! understeer in dry at low speed it was as aerodynamic as a fridge and handles like one aswell

i like the idea of a 2ltr in my car but its the work i cant be arsed and when it comes to sell it i wont get half what i put into it

so if i got a faster car with driver aids that prolly would be better

sooty do i detect sarcasm? i never know with u lot? lol
