The cost of the call covers postage, it doesn't pay for staff to process the requests and take the catalogues to the post office.

They're getting done at a rate of about 50 a week, so if you've been waiting that long then yours should go out in the next day or so.

Apologies for the delay, but if more effort was put into sending out the catalogues then people would complain that no-one answers the phone

No problem joff as long as i get it in the end. I was worrying that they wont understand my "WELSHY" accent and delete the message that was on the machine

LOL

Did you leave your postcode? You'd be surprised how many people spend ages spelling out things like "L O N D O N" and miss off a postcode!!

I'm an employee, not an employer. Probably a good job I don't get involved in recruitment, otherwise I'd have the Adult Channel girls packing the catalogues themselves

Well, it took me slightly longer than I'd hoped to get them fitted, but the morettes/indicators that PVD nicely sent out in the post to me (very quickly) are now on the car!

I'd order a catalogue, but with a £3k credit card bill, I'd be way too tempted to make that debt much worse! Might pick one up at Trax!

As i'm sure you can imagine, after the catalogue hit the selves with total vauxhall a couple of weeks ago, the amount of daily phone calls received considerably increased. This will obviously settle down again, giving us more time to deal with other things.

We do have a new guy starting on Friday though.

Sorry you've had to wait so long for the catalogue, if you'd like another one i can guarantee it won't take as long
