Yes I can see why the police would have done that if its the bank of england. That particular bank is very busy and slow moving people cause havoc within the queueing system. A job well done i'd say

The guy on the bike should be rewarded for his skills(not arrested), not many people can cycle up onto a big bank on a peddle bike

police r cnut , whilst the stopped this man , 10 robbings , 5 car thefts , 1 stabbing , 2 house robberys and a mugging happened !

i do not like police, they r a waste of time IMO
