I have gone through a red light before, lucky I didnt get caught. I was arguing with the misses and didnt notice the lights changed.

No worry though, late at night with no1 around.

I didn't write off 4 cars

I wrote of my first car 3 times and repaired it and my second one once, couldn't be bothered to repair it so scrapped it

I really am not a bad driver, I've just had a lot of bad luck with my cars

I haven't had a license for ages now though and have changed completely + + I wouldn't drive my modded car like I used to

but i hope you don't get back on the road any time soon might teach you a lesson
and i bet your gonna struggle to insure any thing bigger that a fiat 126 esspecially at your age

What a lot of hippocrites.
I think you will gat the 3 points first (to take you upto 6) then you get another letter from DVLA revoking your driving licence. As soon as this is done you can reapply for a provisional licence. Once you get it you can sit your theory test. Then your practical test. You could insure your car as a provisional driver put your L plates back on and drive it as a learner as soon as you get your provisional back. But personally I would wait and just have an hours lesson with an instructor before your test.
You will probably find the test will come easier than last time.

cheers for all ur replies mates, even if they r very negative. what shoud i expect tho, i admit im an idiot! but i will be back on those roads and im just finding a way to get around the 3 points. sumfin like if u loose ur paper license and then recieve a new one thru the post, it wont hav the 3 points on it from earlier, so i just go down to the cop shop and pretend that this red light incident is my first points. personally i cant see htis workin, but my mates hav tried it and it worked apparantly.

and dan_corsa, r those fiat 126 those really small cars, because funnily enuf my mates pushed one of them over into the middle of a road this afternoon - funny as fcuk cos later on 3 cop cars and 2 fire engines came to remove it!

god your mates are clever ain't they, rolling some one elses property shows what kind of people they are, what does it prove rolling some 1's car over just that there a bunch of yobs with nothing better to do,thats so sad

and like adam_b has said, you causing fire engines and the police to turn out to somthing like that is stupid, shows a low intelligence level,no consideration for any 1 else but your selfs its people like that, that give the youth a bad name, and its people like you that give cruisers a bad name

yeah keep him on the road then when he kills you or some 1 in your family then you won't be so quick to give him advice, the guy is getting the points and a ban for a reason cos he's a danger, obviously needs to do his test again to prove he his able to handle the responsablity of a car

Wont work. Reason the points dissapered is more likely to be because they were out of date (points are removed from your liscence after a certain amount of time. Think its two years but not 100% on that). also because they "dissapeared", it makes me wonder if your mates ever declaired their points to the insurance company .

Its's gotta be said, you got some clever friends
