No, Saab have been using this 175bhp engine since they first released the 9-3 series. Its in the Vectra and Signum because it would be cost-effective. This engine would not go into the Corsa GSi. It would definately be the unit from the Astra, since this is what Imrscher took to PV show, AND vauxhall insiders have said it will be a 165bhp 1.6 or 200bhp 2.0, which suggests its the ASTRA engine.

hmm and what was the aim of both companies for the interiors?
the CTR is a stripped out racing interior.. with very few luxuries.. it is intended for this.
the RS focus is not.. hardly fair to compare.
and even if that is what u are going to compare things on.. it is one car.

Gibbon, how come ALL Hondas share this stripped out look interior on ALL models, even the poo shop-around mothers car? For gods sake man! Stripped out is not an excuse for shameful comfort levels and about as much eye candy and looking at a frest birdshit. fuck off.

Yeah my dad has an ST170. I have seen inside a CTR, PANTS. The CTR doesnt come close to interior quality im afraid. Honda should stick to crotch-rockets IMO.
