My boss has just told me that they are giving my project work to someone that works for the company on a permanent basis (I am only temping here), that is moving to Australia soon, so it looks like I will only be here for a minimum of another 2 weeks, possibly till the end of August, depending on when this other person gets settled down etc.

Guess it's time to get off my ass and look for a proper permanent job! Shame really, I will miss getting paid every friday!

I do work actually, I even come in on weekends and do overtime in the evening sometimes FFS. A lot of the time I have to send my work over to another country by email for error checking and I have to wait for them to get back to me before I can do anything further hence why I spend a lot of time on the Internet as I have no other work to do.

So put that in your pipe and smoke it!
