Gearbox - F20

Driveshafts - PVD, can be machined but is hassle

Thats a 2.0litre 16v though not a turbo

If u want the conversion done i'd opt for the 6 speed box and gearbox kit.

Engines will cost around £1000-£2000 being a turbo.

Looked for dodgy knackard turbo and usual 20XE problems (cam belt tensioners etc).

OMG!!!

That's an even bigger list!!
I can't cope with all that stuff

Thanks for that 3CM

So if I fit the engine myself, it's still gonna cost me about £1500????

Plus the price of big breaks etc...

N yeah thats for the 2.0litre.

Turbo, intercooler, fitting kits more expensive, F28 box, 2wd converter for teh 6-speed box etc.

Its a £3000 conversion for a 1/2 decent job.

WEll,

Engine £1500
Mounts/fit kit about £700+
2wd part for F28 gb £150?
Brakes £100-£1000
Higher poundage springs or full new sus kit £100-£1000

If u can do it urself, price will be nowt, paying a friend or garage and will be higher. Dont forget ur gonna need oil, gb oil, brake fluid, service items for the new engine. Sure i've missed loads and fecked prices up but it all adds up to come to aroudn £3k doing it urself and with mates.
