Civic's are quick! The 1.3 will be quick compared to other 1.3's the 1.5 will be quicker than other 1.5s etc etc. The 1.6VTI pushes out 160bhp standard...that is major!

I have a Honda so probably sound biase though.

You can get the stats from http://www.parkers.co.uk Go to the car reviews section and then choose ya car, then select performance and consumption...enjoy!

Beware Parkers publish the manufacturers figures, they sometimes under rate their cars though...my lude is spose to have a top end of 140mph, i have had 147mph so far. Jus take them as a rough guide. If the figures are closely matched then give him a go!

Should be pretty close... Find a nice stretch of dual carriage way with a couple of round abouts in the middle and perhaps a couple of nice turns too... then at 3am race him along it ...

there's a stretch near me where you can basically race all the way through the country onto a decent dual carriage way across a large roundabout, onto another stretch of dual carriage way, turn back round at the next roundabout and race all the way back...

No stopping at any point (hence race late at night)

the good thing with this is the dual carriage way means there's plenty of space for overtaking, its silly to try to pass people on normal roads... and the 1st big round about acts as like 2 fast shicanes... have to turn left then right - blast a bit, then right then left...

and finally the roundabout where you turn back is like a tight corner where when you start doing over 50 the back end starts to slip (I spun here once oops)...

Straight line races are ok, but don't really test driver skill / balls ... windy roads are cool for testing skill, but if there's no real places to overtake the car behind could have more power and not get past.

So try to look for something like what I described.

Good luck and have fun.
