Hi Guys,
Just to let you all know out there that I finally bought that Peugeot 106 from Peugeot and I pick it up this Wednesday. Anyone out there got any ideas for some modifications? It just a standard 1.1 on an R Reg with, central locking, PAS, keypad immobilise, sunroof, 5 door and in green. I'm going to change the ICE as of yet as it only has a radio cassette, I mean - I haven't used tapes ever, I’m only 21. I'm going to come to a few cruises and get a few ideas but I want to get some of the work done as soon as possible.

Sounds like it needs some alloys, in my book if a car don't have them alloys should be the first mod

Nar i want the other two doors for a few birds to get in.
Yeah, it does need a set of alloys, although the bird said she would get me some new wheel trims, dunno if she will but she won't be getting the other £2000 if she doesn't!!! Anyone know what size the original wheels are and what is the maximum size i could put on???

Not sure about sizes, tell her you don't want the wheel trims and you'd rather have £65 off the price of the car. If you're getting alloys you don't need new trims

I can't get anymore off the price of the car; i all ready got £300 off and managed to wangle 12 months MOT, 6 months tax, a full service, a full valet, a small dent took out the back, a new front bumper, half a tank of petrol and she said she might even go on a date with me. I call that a good deal!!!
Yo Steve GTi, come on and talk to me; spoke to you about a week ago over getting another 106 off the same bird but she sold it.

Do you know any web-sites that have GOOD reviews on these Peugeots and also do you go to the cruises and when are you going next? It would be good to see what you have done to your Gti.
