Anyone else heard the news ???

MR Chelsea (Ken Bates) has sold Chelsea FC this evening to a Russian 35 yr old multi billionare !!

Yep its true he will pay £170 million to Ken and then pay £80 millions pounds worth of debt of that Chelsea are in !!

I cant beleive it BUT this could be a good begining for Chelsea FC or a bad one

Im not sure yet but come on CHELSEA !!!

No he wants to play a last season in Italy (finish his carrer there) as he has been over here for a while now BUT he loves Chelsea and the thought of Champions League football is leaving him in 2 minds !

normally when you really do love a team you tend to want to finish your carear there and not move somewhere else!

Considering this guy owns 1/2 of the TV rights / business out in Russia, and basically all the Russian oil etc etc i dont think he will have any worrys in buying new players !!
